I agree with the other two reviewers. STAY AWAY FROM BRIAN PRICE AND ATLANTIS DOORS. HE IS UNRELIABLE AND DISHONEST.
I asked him to do a simple service for my double front doors. The top of the door was out of alignment and required only a simple shim under the upper hinge.
Instead, Brian quoted me a repair price of $250. Then he removed the door from its hinges and chiseled out the upper hinge mortise. When this didn’t fix the problem, he then recognized that the upper hinge did not sit squarely in the door frame and needed a shim to align it. Had he simply inspected the door before doing anything else, he would have seen this.
He removed the molding alongside the door jam, in order to place the shim. Before he would insert the shim, he said that he wants $50 more to complete the job. If I didn’t agree, he would leave without rehanging the door or replacing the molding he just removed.
I had no choice but to agree. Once I did, he spent a total of 10 minutes to insert the shim and remount the molding on the side of the door jam. When he replaced the hinge screws, they went askew and did not pass through the door studs. He did not check his work and reinserted these screws only because I watched him and pointed out the problem.
While doing all this, Brian Price had removed part of the weather stripping, which he was to return three days later to replace, but once paid he wouldn’t return to finish the job, even after I called him and asked that he complete the job.
He demanded to be paid in cash, and only cash, and refused to issue a receipt. It seems that he is doing this to evade paying taxes on the money he takes from customers. He spoke openly of having “lost his shirt” 10 years ago while working as an independent contractor.

Totally unreliable. Three months after writing a check, NOTHING ON HIS PART HAS BEEN DONE. Taking him to small claims court for over $29000.
Unreliable. Uncertain that work will be completed. Paid $444 for materials on March 15 when estimate for work was received. Set up installation date for March 27 and 28. On March 27, called Atlantis to find out when they were coming. Atlantis could not remember me or the job to be done. Reminded them of the job details and that I had paid $444 for materials already. Atlantis said the garage door had not come in; rescheduled for April 4 at 8:30 - 9:00 AM. By 10:30 on April 4, Atlantis had not shown up. Called Atlantis, again had to remind them of who I was, job details, and that I had paid $444 for materials. Atlantis said they would call back in a few minutes. It is 11:07 and no phone call yet.
