I'm a property manager for a few dozen homes in Sarasota and Bradenton and until recently had not had a chance to work with your company. A week or so ago our 'go to' company could not get us on their schedule so I called Aqua Plumbing & Air for help with backed up plumbing. You guys got out within 2 hours (unbelievable), got the problem cleared and let me know that there was a serious issue with the pipes to the street. I scheduled that work and it was completed yesterday. Aqua answers the phone, listens, and gets your problem addressed. Their guys in the field know what they are doing and are very good at explaining the issues and fixes needed. My very unhappy guests were extremely glad I had such a ''responsive and professional'' company on call. Aqua Plumbing & Air has just become our ''go to'' company now. If you have a problem with plumbing, heating or ac, you should call them first.

Aqua Plumbing & Air have always responded to our cries for help during times of panic, (no air-conditioning or water emergencies) and the technicians have been more than helpful good natured and very experienced. I would always recommend them to my friends and acquaintances without equivocation. Thanks to them my water problems have been minimal with their help.

To John Miller: .......Your plumber, "Kieth" was the most upbeat, happy service man we ever had in our home! He was prompt and did a very professional job in installing our kitchen sink faucet. I could have done it myself, but I am 81 years old, and my body does'nt get up and down like it used to!.. Had a bad experience with this company. on July 11th 2010 we had a serviceman come out to fix our air . he said he found a snake that did damage to the electrical contactor and changed the contactor. Airconditioner worked for a few hours and then quit again. They came out early the next day. they said wiring was corraded and replaced the wires. They waved the service call but they charged $ 55 dollars for extended service, which i excepted. They also charged $114 for the corraded wires I feel if the job would have been done right the first day they would have fixed the wires when they changed the conductor for a charge of $172. My charge ended up at $435 instead of $266 if they would have done it right the first day.

When you have a plumbing problem you want an expert. My recent experience with Aqua Plumbing was just that. They arrived quickly, assessed the problem, told me my options. They prepared me for the 24 hours between then and when they could start the job. The next day the crew was there bright and early as promised. All workers were polite and courteous. They were familiar with my home floor plan (having done the same repair before in the neighborhood) and had all the supplies and equipment required. They worked for two solid days - repiping the house. While I would rather not have had the problem, I am confident that the repair was done correctly. A follow-up phone call to make sure everything was okay was appreciated. So - if you find yourself with a plumbing emergency - don't hesitate to call these great folks! - Virginia C
