Debbie Dietz is the owner of Alliance Appraisal Associates of FL, Inc. Debbie is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and holds the prestigious SRA designation from The Appraisal Institute. In addition, she served on the board of directors for the Appraisal Institute's West Coast FL Chapter. Debbie is FHA qualified, VA qualified, Flagstar approved. Is a member of The World Wide Employee Relocation Council and Sarasota Board of Realtors. She has lived in Sarasota since 1972 and worked as an appraiser back in the early 80's before briefly switching careers to work as a supervisor at the US Postal Service. She returned to appraising in the late 90's and has successfuly run Alliance Appraisal since 2003.
