My front loading washing machine was acting up and had a sour smell to it. The person who answered the phone helped me diagnose the problem, get me the part I needed, and help me understand the sour smell. What impressed me was the assist on the sour smell was above and beyond since it wasn't a part related issue. Now my washer is running great thanks to their part(Which was priced great I should add) and the smell is gone! I would highly recommend using them for all your needs!
Had the part in stock-great! Price-not so great! Expensive!

Steve, Chris, and Bob have referred customers to my appliance repair company and have always had the parts I need. I never deal with the other parts dealers in town since the first time I went into either one of their stores.

I have been dealing with Steve, Chris, and Bob for seven years or so, they provide excellent customer service and quality parts. I always refer my customers to these guys. It's hard to find people like this today, but you can always count on All Appliance Parts and even for recommendations.
