Best experience we've ever had with HVAC repairs. They took a really long time to get here, but it was worth the wait. Service tech was super nice, he fixed the problem, didn't try to sell anything and charged us an honest $98 for the repair.

Called on a Saturday afternoon. Dispatcher answered and told us she would call her technician. Frank called us back in 10 minutes and was there in about 30 minutes after that. Not only did they fix our a/c they did NOT charge overtime and gave us a 5% discount as a first time customer as well!! Had the part on his truck, and had us up and running 1.5 hours after the first call! Our unit is old and we know needs to be replaced after this summer but not once did he try and sell us a new one as a matter of fact when asked he told us the owner tells his techs that his customers know when they want to replace their units no need to try and hard sell them. Refreshing. Made a customer for life and we know who is getting our business when it comes time to replace this one. Thanks again.
