Big shout out to our technician Scott. Our fan motor on our 32 year old air conditioner when out on the hottest Labor Day in Santee at 117 degrees. He arrived an hour after our call and ordered the fan. When he was replacing the fan and running the A/C after 30 minutes the fan died. Scott said it did not look good and we would need a new system but he said he would try another fan just in case the first one was defective. He came back the very next day with a new fan and within 45 minutes I could feel the cool air humming. Scott was the best and so nice and professional and kept his mask on the entire time. We used them when our switch died as well.

The most recent technician that I had come by the house from Jerry's HVAC was wonderful. He was right on time, courteous and was also very knowledgeable in the field.
