We originally thought that hiring Michelle would be a "nice option" for our remodel, something that would help us on a few items where we needed extra input. Little did we realize how indispensable she would actually become, helping us determine the overall theme/style and then making sure the dozens and dozens of decisions regarding floor-plan, color, fixtures, and amenities fit into that theme. Michelle knows how to listen and learn about clients' needs and lifestyles, so the end result definitely feels like "us" rather than someone else's home, but having her here saved us an incredible amount of time, frustration, and money. We simply would not have gotten through the process without having her encouragement and creative hard work supporting us every step of the way. Her bright smile got us through many a stressful day.
