I love and trust sending packages via UPS and have been disappointed that their hours have been cut back. However, I gladly arrange my schedule around their limited hours to be able to use this valuable, reliable system with accurate tracking and no up-charges that the UPS "stores" have to impose.

Disappointed that I sat at my office from 7:30 am till 3:00 PM when I was told package would be delivered by. Package still not delivered at 4:00 PM. I own construction company and sitting in office all day waiting for an overnight delivery is very nonproductive; in fact, it cost me money. I find it very hard to believe UPS can not at least come up with a four hour window for delivery.
