Everyone at Freeman Toyota was absolutely amazing! We broke down on our way out of town and they took wonderful care of us! They had a waiting room full of people but still managed to fit us in and fix our car! Rhonda and Jeff treated us with respect, patience, and a smile the whole time! If we ever find ourselves in Santa Rosa again, we wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Excellent, knowledgeable repair and maintenance service. Nice, spacious, well-appointed customer waiting area. Courtesy shuttle service. I can't say they are inexpensive, but at least they have the service and customer-oriented staff to make it worth my preference. I take all my vehicles here for regular oil-change and checkups, not just my Toyota! Highly recommend.
