Today I went there with my son. He got raised maple donut - no issues there. I wanted a cinnamon twist. What I got was a grease laden twist with what they said was extra cinnamon and chocolate - it was greasy, had no flavor and made me sick even after two bites. The menu board stated twists were 1.15 but I was charged 1.40 for this "better" twist. I took it back to the counter and explained that it was not what I wanted. He recommended a cake donut to be less greasy and then began ringing up the .85 for it. I asked him if he was going to charge me - he replied yes cause he could not sell the other one. I told him forget it and that it was not good service. He became combative in front of my child with me. I have been here many times before and even bought 10 dozen donuts at a time for my clients and have not had a bad experience but this guy was rude and had no issue with losing a regular customer over .85 - I will not be returning.
