I have certifications in Yoga and am a certified Chopra Meditation teacher and Dr. Vodder manual lymph drainage therapist. Other modalities include Reiki, Jin Shin Shaytsu, Cranio Sacral, and Young Living Raindrop Essentail Oil Therapy.
