I couldn't be happier with this entire process. Mark did an excellent job cleaning our sisal rug, and he was a joy to work with. I recommend his business to anyone looking to get a sisal rug cleaned, and I will gladly use his business in the future.

I had Mark come out and give me a quote for cleaning our office suite in Santa Monica. While the quote wasn't outrageous, I decided that I could find someone a little less pricey to do the job. After doing a little research I found Cleaner in Cali. They quoted me .25 per square foot plus $75 to upholstery clean a loveseat in the office. They also said that they would guarantee their work for 30+ days and would come back for free if the spots came back. Sounded like a great deal to me, so I booked them. When the contractor arrived, not only did he smell like alcohol, he quoted me DOUBLE the price we had decided on (due to the spots on the carpet), had no knowledge of any upholstery cleaning and hadn't brought the required insurance paperwork for the building that I had faxed over. He went on to argue with me about the price and guarantee until I finally had to ask him to leave as I didn't feel comfortable going forward with the deal.

I called Mark back and let him know that I had made a mistake and would like him to do the job. It was done that weekend and looked fantastic! No hassle at all. Lesson learned! In the future, I will certainly pay a little extra for honesty, integrity and professionalism!
