Excellent service!! I had a plaque for my dogs urn done here by Pete and Sharon and it looks AMAZING!! When I went to pick it up the staff who helped me was very nice as well and helpful with any questions I had. You guys are awesome and thank you so much.

very unpleasent experience. i needed something engraved for a wedding gift and when i went to pick it up a week later it wasnt ready. i wish they would of called me or something so i could of made arrangements to do somethinng else. but being the day before the wedding i had to just give them the gift blank. not much to say about their customer service either.
