Contacted Hamon and was told on 2 occasions they would stop by. They never showed up and gave me a courtesy call to reschedule. If you need service, get a dependable company, not Hamon.

Thank you for promptly taking care of my garage door problem. It was the Thursday before Labor Day and you were able to service my door on Friday morning. The technician was here first thing in the morning and got right to work and did a thorough job. I will call you if I have any future problems in that area, and will tell all my neighbors and friends of your good service and extremely competent staff. Thank you

Hamon Overhead door cam to the rescue. When my main door failed and I could not get it open to get my car out, I called Hamon. They were prompt and provided a complete service that now has my garage door working better than ever.I would reccommend them for any repair or services they offer

I hear you! The technician was at my house for 1 hour but I was charged for 2 hours. Bad business! First time, shame on you. There will be no second time!

If I could put 0 out of 5 I would. Not only was the installation horrible once it finally happened. The people in the office were so short and rude!!! Especially John! It seemed I was bugging him just by asking him questions about HIS product! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
