The receptionist who answers the phone seems to call all the shots there. Makes decisions for the company. When told that i needed to speak with contact she hung the phone up on me. That is no way to represent a company by being rude and when i called back and asked for the manager she would just hang up. yeah she better because she knows i was going to report her.
