      We went to Barr Engineering for years. At first, they took care of our needs, but I found their service got worse as time went on and they never came to our place of business for less than $1,500 to $2,000 a trip. They did their last job and our Board decided to stop dealing with them altogether and find a kinder, more client friendly company to come work on our commercial air conditioner. We will never go back. We won't tell the whole story, but it was really bad. Please use a lot of caution if you wish to use this company for your needs!
