Finally someone who is passionate about their job. John went above & beyond when it came to pumping out the poo. Great communicator, arrived on time. After cleaning out the septic tank, we had a blockage with the line. Most plumbers would give you the big speech about getting a crew & a bringing a backhoe, digging up & replacing pipes, but John took the time and MacGyvered the problem with what was on hand and solved the it, without costing thousands.
