      The agent that I used, Spence ...

      The agent that I used, Spence Ralston, and Coldwell Banker are not trustworthy. They will not be there should you need help. I would recommend you ask others for recommendations, because the real estate agent and broker that I know are Spence Ralston and Coldwell Banker and they are not trustworthy.
