I work with realtors and borrowers who are looking for a good rate and program when purchasing their home. I also help with refinances, obtaining cash out. I do FHA loans, bridge loans, seconds and stated income loans. I have a stated income program for Commercial loan amounts to $5 million. I have been doing loans for 33 years and I am well-known by lenders and banks.
