Going into a huge remodel you hear all the horror stories of contractors and this so isn't the case with Bill. I can't even begin to describe the excellent customer service and the final outcome of the project. Our house is amazing and it took half the time they expected and there was never a day we were wondering what was going on or if they were going to show up. They were there everyday on time and if Bill wasn't on site he was so responsive to all our questions/needs. All the subs that work for him are fantastic and his crew was phenomenal! They were clean and professional and exceeded all our expectations. Bill is an honest hard working contractor and we were so lucky to find them when we did. We did an addition to our second story (430 sq ft), new master suite upstairs, remodeled downstairs with a new bathroom, upgraded electrical, h2o heater, furnace, added AC, new roof...basically the works. I would highly recommend Bill and RC to anyone!
