With the help of your therapist, you research to see if it's worth your while to go through the initial challenges for that desired outcome. Then we can use a rich repertoire of more than 50 cognitive, behavioral, and spiritual methods to help you reach that goal. The model is called T.E.A.M which stands for Testing, Empathy, Agenda Setting, and Methods. T.E.A.M was established by the research of Stanford psychiatrist Dr. David Burns, author of the best sellers Feeling Good, The New Mood Therapy, When Panic Attacks, Ten Days to Self Esteem, Feeling Good Together, and Intimate Connections.
