I'm a procrastinator. The bathroom sink wouldn't hold water, the kitchen sink had a leaking faucet hose, the seal on our toilet was broken and the rocked on its slate base every time we used it. We live in La Selva Beach, had family coming for the weekend and I was in a pinch. Jenny O took Torch off of the job he was on and in no time at all, he was knocking at my door. I left the house before Jorge and a third tech came to the house but everything was corrected and worked great when I got home. Torch had shown me an estimate of everything he had planned for the team, left a list of recommendations, and they even put it some new hose nozzles outside without any direct request or charge. They inspected the water heater, and its gas plumbing, working above and beyond all of my expectations. Friendly, fast and over the top performance. I will definitely use Duncan plumbing again. Jenny O called to follow up to make sure I was happy, and I am! Big thanks to the whole team - Kelly :)

Monday Sept 15, 2014 after 5:30 PM naturally had a BIG sewer stoppage which was solved most carefully and professionally by Enrigue.Found a huge dead Rat and much other debris which he quickly cleaned up and hauled all away in a very nice plastic bucket with a lid to prevent spills.
