BEWARE - I have a PPO insurance plan but since I was a new patient, office policy required me to pre-pay office visits. Once insurance plan made payment, office would reimburse me for anything above my copay. After my insurance plan paid all outstanding invoices, office would not return phone calls from myself or from my insurance plan trying to help with my refund. After 7 difficult months, finally had to threaten with Small Claims before I received refund.

For about 5 months I had experienced pain in my lower back and left leg.I had to give up my walking exercise, had difficulty walking up stairsand even thought I may need a hip replacement. My take on this detox diet at first was mostly skepticism. I had my doubts about how much I was going to lose while going through the diet. I will admit that it is a tough battle to get past all the cravings for regular food. Even on day 15, I still crave a lot of stuff I really shouldn't eat. But now that I have seen that I can get past those cravings and eat healthy, things are getting easier. I know that I am a little bit on the abnormal side of how much I lost in a few short days. I have evened out now at 25 pounds lost in 15 days. Hopefully a few more will disappear by day 21, but I would definitely recommend this diet to any one that wants to shed some of that extra weight.
