I couldn't wait once we heard of this company to give them a 5 star review like everyone else.. Now, I hate that I have to give them one star. If I could give this a NEGATIVE 26 stars I would.
We had shipped mirrors to be worked on to this company May 12, 2016, with proof they received the products May 17, 2016. We had emailed with Gary stating that the turn around time was 5-6 weeks. However, after SEVERAL attempts, emails, facebook messages, we never received any information, ETA, no word from the company at all. Today, after 26 WEEKS of waiting - we FINALLY received a package from this company. However, the mirrors were untouched, never fixed, possibly not even taken out of the box. Inside of the box was nothing. No letter, no apology, STILL no phone call.
I completely understand if the project was to complicated for the company and they couldn't do it, even if we had discussed what we needed before sending the package and made sure Gary fully understood our expectations. However, why would they hold on to the mirrors for 26 weeks?
Extremely disappointed since our project is on a time limit. This was another huge let down. Either way, I believe we deserve a full explanation on why we received such poor customer service, our mirrors were untouched, and why their professionalism went down the drain.

Wow, where to begin. I contacted CnC with a project I wanted them to chrome. I spoke with Kristen of CnC multiple times and exchanged a multitude of emails with detailed photos of the project I was interested in CnC to paint chrome. I could not have been more clear with what I wanted them to do and what exactly they would be dealing with. Seemed pretty simple to me, so I accepted the price Kristen quoted me and shipped my plastic parts off to CnC to be chrome painted. Kristen also estimated that the job would take a couple weeks to complete due to the volume of work they were currently doing. I shipped the pieces to their location on November 9th of this year. Yesterday, November 29th, I received an email from Kristen informing me that Gary would have to put in a bit of extra work to sand off the paint on the plastic parts and that the quoted price was now going to be double. This price increase mind you came as a surprise 20 days after I had sent them my parts, which at this point I am eagerly awaiting to arrive at my front door fully chromed and ready to install. So not only has it now been almost 3 weeks and they hadn't even started my project, but they are now increasing the price double from the original quote and do not have the decency or professional courtesy of calling me over the phone to discuss this with me like a valued customer. Instead, I recieved a short email with a "sorry for the inconvenience" and the only choice I have is to pay the price increase, wait another 2-3 weeks for them to do the project, or have the parts shipped back (which I am out $35 for the shipping already). Overall, Kristen should not be giving out estimates if she is not capable of understanding the amount of labor/cost of materials that are involved in potential projects for the shop. The fact that I was quoted a price and a time window for a job that wasn't done shows the incompetency of the people that run Creations N Chrome, Kristen and Gary Watson. It is a shame to have had such a bad experience with this business, especially as a first time customer. The days of quality work and customer service are becoming further and far between, especially in the automotive repair/customization industry. Needless to say I requested my parts be shipped back to me and will never, ever attempt to have a project done for me by Kristen and Gary Watson over at Creations N Chrome.
