I've been doing business with Fred & Valley Plating for over 3 years. My first order involved some impossible to replace vintage auto parts that I didn't want sent out of the area (read; Mexico) which is all too common in this business. Valley did an exceptional job for about half of what I was expecting. Since that time I've run all of my prewar bicycle chrome and nickel work through Valley and they consistently exceed my expectations. Highly recommended.

Had some auto & motorcycle parts quoted for chrome. Some of the parts were of poor quality and they suggested finding replacements. When I went back 3 - 4 weeks later with some of the parts and they wouldn't honor the price. It isn't like they wanted a little increase, they wanted a HUGE increase of just under 45%!! (FYI, the employee wanted to honor it but the owner said NO!).
