Founded in 1953, Scott Lane Elementary School enrolls more than 450 students in kindergarten through grade five. It offers academic programs in reading, writing, language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. The school additionally offers classes in art, music and physical education. Scott Lane Elementary School also offers Title I and English Language Learners programs. It supports a parent-teacher association, school site council and English learner advisory committee. The school s staff is comprised of psychologists, counselors, social workers, and speech and language pathologists.
