Our family was able to get out of Costco with the thing we needed with great customer service till a clerk snapped at us because we were looking at something that was left in the isle but was not for sale. When we asked to speak with the store manager on duty, it took ten minutes for them to get there. We simply just walked out the door and file a complaint online.
