Wonderful environment for the cats. The are free to roam during the day (under supervision by the obviously caring staff). I've been a customer for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

My cat is there right now...it's the only place to leave your cat if you care about them...I drive to Santa Barbara from Ventura because there is no good cat boarding close to my home. It's well worth my peace of mind.

The caretakers at the Cat House Hotel really do care about our pets. My cat didn't even want to leave! She got a bath for a small price and smelled squeaky clean! She also enjoyed wandering around with other cats during the day. I feel confident of the care at the hotel every time I leave Santa Barbara.
