Excellent sushi and personalized service. Replaced my favorite sushi restaurants in LA, Santa Maria, and San Luis Obispo - not to mention Santa Barbara. LOVE Shintori Sushi - especially the Shintori Dome! My only complaint is that they seat so few at a time and can't accommodate a party of six. Just means I only go with small groups, and special friends. :)

This is definitrly the BEST sushi place around. Yes, it is small, get there before 6pm if you want a good seat, or else you may have to wait, but either way, it's definitely the best sushi in town.
Shintori is the best sushi place in town! Excellent food at reasonable prices and the service is good, too. It is small, so sometimes you might have to wait to sit, but it is certainly worth it.
