If anything needs to be fixed, I email Emily who is the manager and I hear right back from her as to setting up a time for the repair to be completed. Highly recommend to others.

Whether it's their staff responding to individual unit structural demands, their professional administrative staff of Patterson or their super professional front office staff, they just give maximum effort when it's needed.

Their units are in really great condition and I was very satisfied with the apartment I found. The onsite manager is fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent here in SB or elsewhere.

I would like to express my appreciation for the prompt assistance I received this past week from you staff, starting with the receptionist who answered my call! The gal who answered switched me over to Glenn who could not have been more patient and responsive, and then contacted William of your pest control company who came out the same day and gave my beds and surroundings a thorough check.. what lovely and competent guys both of them. I just want to acknowledge my gratitude for this experience with Meridian and say thank you. I can sense what a busy life you all lead and hope you are doing well in all the many aspects of our often turbulent lives.

STAY AWAY FROM MERIDIAN!!! They are impossible to get a hold of, incompetent, rude, and completely useless. If you experience a problem while under their management, good luck. If you ever need to get a hold of someone, good luck. If you want to get your safety deposit back, good luck. If you think you're a cool, calm, peaceful person, I challenge you to do business with Meridian and not get frustrated/want to chuck a chair at the wall/pull your (or their) hair out. If you can, avoid them. If you can't, email them so that you can keep a record of all the times you attempted to get a hold of them. When they tell you "I don't know what you're talking about.." when you scream "PAY ATTENTION TO ME!", you can just shove your emails right back at 'em in their face. Be prepared though... they'll never admit they were wrong.
