Dr. Kolarczyk is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist specializing in eye diseases and surgery of the eye. A 1982 graduate of The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Dr. Kolarczyk went on to complete his ophthalmology residency at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) in Baltimore , Maryland . Dr. Kolarczyk was appointed chief resident at GBMC in 1986. After completing his residency, Dr. Kolarczyk moved to California and opened his private practice in his wife's hometown of Santa Barbara.Dr. Kolarczyk has two conveniently located offices.
