      Founded in 1941, The Harbor Restaurant is a dining establishment in Santa Monica, Calif. The restaurant serves fresh fish and steaks, prime rib, cocktails and select fine wines. It is located on Stearns Wharf, which is a popular tourist attraction that formerly served passenger and freight ships and provided a link between a lumberyard and a Southern Pacific Depot. After the wharf was no longer used as a transportation hub, The Harbor Restaurant was the wharf s primary source of economic stability. The wharf hosts several businesses dedicated to recreation and education, food, wine and desserts and specialty items. The Harbor Restaurant is open every day of the week. Valet parking is complimentary.
