DO NOT BE A VICTIM OF THIS BS CLEANERS, THEY'RE ACTUALLY JUST A HUB TO ACCEPT STUFFS SO THEY CAN RIP OFF PEOPLE! PLEASE READ ON TO SEE WHY

My first time have clothes cleaned there as I found it's near where I live, I got cashmere wool sweatshirt back SCRATCHY STICHES and HOLES due to mishandling I didn't have a chance to complaint yet but Then, I got an inexpensive pair of jean which I got from Banana Republic at discount price for staying in-line for 2 hours after Thanksgivings Day Sale to have alterated by them.

A week later I came back to pick it up and the old jerk owner told me he could not find my jean, he admited that he lost my jean and told me "Everything could happen, you can lose a car or clothes at a dryclean, it's nothing I can do" instead of saying SORRY for losing my jean. He then told me if I got to have the original receipt I bought the jean from to get him pay for it. I told him I don't have the receipt and even I had it, it's not fair. He's the one who lost my jean, he is supposed to pay to same pair of jean that he lost!!!! Do I have to keep a receipt for whatever I turned in for alteration or dryclean? this is BS! I was stupid enough didn't see the emptiness of this place! no wonder nobody have their services there. DO NOT BE ANOTHER VICTIM
