Personal relationships make all the difference especially when it comes to important things like insurance. It means everything when I can call or email my agent and she can immediately put a face to the caller/emailer. Not knowing much about insurance at all, it is extremely important for me to feel confident that my agent is well versed in all aspects of the insurance offered. Lorena is that type of agent, personable, knowledgeable and her staff is always available to answer questions, get me copies of documents that I need. I couldn't ask for more. I've referred family and friends to her and would recommend her to anyone looking to change or obtain new home/life/auto coverage!

Lorena Maae and her staff are some of the most friendliest, efficient and professional people I have ever dealt with. Anytime I have a question they get right back to me.
