Don Franklin Realtor has absolutely and most definitely the WORST tenant care and satisfaction. They are unfriendly and hard headed. They do not believe in straight forward standards and information. Mr. Brett Franklin, the owner, is the most unreasonable, old timer, stubborn, one sided and many more descriptive adjectives for this "man". They're managing skills are questionable. It's a dictatorship with him. Property Tenants of his do not agree to his dictating bi-polar decisions but any disagreement that is brought up to any of his messagers or him directly, his responses are very discriminating, harassing, intimidating which is plainly embarrassing and shameful. I am sadden by the outcomes of his management decisions. If you are looking for any property aid/help I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANY OTHER COMPANY; all and any company's services but the "DON FRANKLIN REALTOR".
