Cesar E. Chavez High School provides a range of academic and recreational options for the social, intellectual and physical development of more than 200 students in grades 9 through12. The school s educational program includes instruction in reading, mathematics, social studies, science, history and language arts. It operates a library that maintains a stock of various types of books and other reading and reference materials in print and electronic forms. Cesar E. Chavez High School organizes several athletic activities, such as basketball, football and soccer. The school maintains a work force of more than 30 employees, including teachers and support staff. It is located in Santa Ana, Calif., and is a part of the Santa Ana Unified School District, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools.
