DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!! I purchased a mask & snorkel for my trip to Mexico from this shop in March 2010. I wanted to purchase my equip from this shop to support local businesses in our community. I tried many on in the store and the Owner, Gary Loiselle, tried to upsell me to buy more expensive equipment than I needed. I ended up purchasing a mask & snorkel and spend $65.00. I tried on the display masks but did not open the box with the mask he sold me. I left for my trip to Ixtapa, Mexico the next day. While on vacation, I was ready to go snorkeling on a day trip. I opened the mask from the box and noticed the casing on the front was broken off. I was really upset and had to rent equipment instead. I returned from my trip and went back to the dive shop requesting a refund. Gary Loiselle was very rude to me and told me that all sales were final and this was not NORSTROMS!! I felt was meant as demeaning comment because I was a woman! He refused to refund my $.
