We moved in June of 2007 we were satisfied at first. Then that quickly changed. We lived there probaly 3 weeks and our satelite went out well we thought it was something that we did but come to find out we heard that the apartment complex didn't pay the bill so it was off for about a week. Then about two or three weeks later we didn't have hot water we kept asking what was going on but they couldnt give us a straight answer so about 3 weeks went by with no hot water and finally we heard the boiler went out and it was to expensive to fix so I guess they weren't going to fix it but people started complaining and turned them in so they finally fixed it. Then about a month later we were out of hot water again and it took them again about two weeks to fix it. Mean while during these incidents we were being invaded by nats we thought it was just our apartment but it was everyone and we called to tell them and they refused to spray. So I DO NOT recommend these apartments.
