OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Writing this review was about as easy as it gets. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent experience with B & B Pump and Electrical Service (Jerrie & Mike). What started with a Friday evening loss of water from our well to the house, ended with a repair that I was able to do myself with their valuable assistance. Not only did they have the replacement control box that we needed, both Jerrie and Mike provided us with information that was critical to the replacement and made it that much easier for me to make the repair myself. We picked-up the control box on Saturday, made the replacement/repair, and had the water back on before dark. Their customer service was outstanding and Mike’s product and system knowledge were truly impressive. Further, they called me Saturday evening to follow-up to see how the repair went. Now, that’s customer service! My wife and I would have no reservations using their services in the future, if the need arises and would recommend them without hesitation .
