The Apartment Manager is extremely rude, and unprofessional. I will never recommend anyone stay here. She will not provide me with the owners' information.

Owner please come save your investment! Your manager is rude, unprofessional, and just ignorant. Maintenance is non existent and unqualified. It could be a nice place if you would get rid of them!

I'm a new tenet here at Woodland Heights, the apartment manager has very poor and unprofessional management skills. I got a knock on my door wait,, let me rephrase that, a BANG at my door while she was contentiously BANGING at my door she was yelling unprofessional remarks. I answered the door kinda hesitant because how hostile she was being when I steeped out to speak with her to see what the problem was she became completely unprofessional being very RUDE, HOSTILE, and DISRESPECTFUL towards me. yelling so loud that the neighbors could here her. I was calm and tried speaking to her she she wasn't having it and kept making assumptions without any evinced stating she was going to have me evicted and was putting it all on me because i was a young tenet and things started since I moved in here. I've been living at Woodland Heights since 1/19/2015 and it is now 2/26/2015 and I haven't got one phone call or letter stating any warning or nothing. As she was being hostile towards me yelling and having uneasy body language she started walking down the stairs still yelling then proceeded to throw a white envelop at me that had my apartment number on it I inside and opened it up a letter she had just typed up stating she had tried to call me to talk about several comment made and my voice mail box was full so she couldn't leave a voice message and that's a statement she made. The way she came up to my apartment and handled the situation was very unprofessional she could have handled that in a more respectful and professional way. I'm going to be filing a complaint to the owner of the apartment complaint against her.

I had a pleasure to meet with Karen the apartment manager on 10/18/12. I felt like she was a lifesaver. She understood my situation and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Unfortunately, the apartment was not available at the time but, she assured me that when one becomes available she would let me know. She gave excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable of her job. I am looking forward to move in with great management at woodland heights in Sanford.

Great place to live! Big dogs welcome and they have a dog park!!
