Attention all providers, group homes, adult care or family care homes, ICF/MR facilities, Care Coordinators, any facility and any individual or responsible party of individuals seeking assistance. In today’s economy this will be an offer you can’t refuse. Take this opportunity to revamp your programs to save money and time. We are excepting applications for our new Day Center and PSR Center. Our program will provide transportation within a 50 mile radius to and from our center, and with early morning pickup. We Except: Medicaid, CAP, NC Innovations Waiver, and Private Pay Services Provided for Day Center Innovation Wavier services are available! Including Community Respite!!! We offer a wide range of activities such as, communication skills training, computer skills, vocational skills training, physical therapy and gross motor exercises, art and ceramics classes, and daily living skills training. Our center will also offer day activities to medically fragile (but stable) clients. This program allows working parents and caregivers a safe and nurturing place for their disabled adult children to stay after the day programs end and until their work day comes to an end.
