I've been using this service since 2006 and from the first visit I realized that NOTHING on their menu of prices is 2.50. But, since they were still reasonable, I kept going back. Well this last time I came in I brought $50 worth of dry cleaning. They say if you bring 3 mens business shirts the price is 1.25. When I looked at my ticket, some of the shirts were 2.75. I looked at it for a while, looked up at their prices on the menu board, and again, all were different than my ticket. The lady (don't know her name but it's the same lady everytime I go in) spoke out very loudly to me as I guess she was watching me look over my ticket, "If the shirts aren't cotton, the price is higher." Well I decided since those sateen shirts didn't really need to be ironed I would take it out and a few other things. So I told her I'd take a few things out and she became very aggressive. Using big gestures and speaking loudly in what I guessed was Korean. There were also about 4 other people in the line. She aggressively punched out a new ticket that reflected the taken out items and pushed it at me then motioned to me to leave or good bye, I don't know. Anyhow, I thought for a moment and decided she really didn't want my business. So I picked up the rest of my items and walked out. As I was walking out to my car in the parking lot I felt someone grab my wrist and then I looked down and it was the same Korean woman. She grabbed my wrist, snatched the ticket out of my hand, then proceeded to yell at me (again I could not understand her) and walk away. So all in all, a horrible business with unethical business practices. She tricks the customers into thinking her prices are one thing, then charges another. And then, upon questioning her, she becomes very agitated. I now use a different service in Sanford and am very happy with them.
