The store itself seems fine, but I am not happy with the band instrument repair services. I took my horn in to have the valves fixed. When I got it back (I dropped it off and picked it up at the West Valley location), all that had been done was to oil the entire horn- and I had to pay for it. My valves were not fixed. I had to take the horn to a different repairman. I will never again take my instruments to Riverton music for repair.
