We recently completed a major restoration/remodeling project on our home at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon in Sandy, Utah. The project consisted of: a) replacing a deteriorating concrete/metal stairway from the driveway to our front entrance; b) providing lighting for the new stairway; and c) resurfacing a wrap-around porch on the north and west side of our home. What we liked most about Paul Davis Restoration is that Mark quietly listened to our goals, needs, and ideas, before recommending solutions. Once the plan was agreed to, Mark prepared a detailed budget estimate and work plan. He planned the work and then efficiently implemented the plan. The sub-contractors Mark used were seasoned veterans and artisans in their respective areas of expertise. We were impressed by their workmanship, work ethic and creative genius.
