Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience working with Craig Swapp & Associates!! When my wife and I, with two other people in our car, were hit and flipped multiple times in an accident we had no idea what to do afterwards. The smartest thing we could've done was hire Craig Swapp & Associates because we didn't have to worry about a single thing after that. Our attorney, Kurt London and his paralegal Jenny, were so AMAZING and they made the process (that probably should be scary and frustrating) so easy to get what we were owed. I had an accident about a year ago. Other driver not only caused the accident but then lied to police and on exchange forms about his personal contact info. On top of the fact I was injured. Man where do I begin, oh yeah it all started with getting hit and getting hurt. But anyways I had never gotten in an accident and so I decided to call Craig Swapp one call that’s and was assigned to Kurt L. And there were times I got impatient cause I ended up needing treatment. And back surgery. Luckily I had Kurt and Nicole his para legal to walk me through this scary part reassuring me it will be ok and them reminding me of dr appts. I actually hired another lawyer right after my accident. This was a huge mistake! He promised the world but delivered nothing. He let important deadlines slip by which cost me thousands of dollars.
