Below average service company to work for.

Bad hiring practices. An HR department that doesn't even bother to actually enforce the policies they require employees to abide by. Not to mention their CVS project management can't even begin to get things coordinated to save their lives. Poorly trained agents handling health information that should be kept confidential, and employees discussing clients in an inappropriate environment (break areas) complete inability to manage scheduling, poorly chosen people placed in positions with authority, and seen blatantly abusing not only company policy, but also local and federal laws regarding business practices pertaining to legally sensitive and health care related information! Avoid them!

I would say ACS is a good company to start your carreer at and it's easy and a fun inviorment to work at! you should go apply.
