Being a good parent?

Preying on the emotions of a mother with an unplanned pregnancy is unconscionable. This is advertising FOR profit and the commodity is a human being. There is much, much more to being a good parent than by selling your baby so an adoption agency can make a profit by charging exorbitant prices to desperate couples. Take the money out of the equation and then make a decision. Talk to someone who can help you with an unplanned pregnancy that doesn't have a vested interest in making a profit from the adoption.
