I had a hot water heater that suddenly stopped making hot water. I did a lot of research online to see who would be the best. I chose RiverCity RV Repair and I couldn't be happier that I did. They came out on a Saturday morning and were able to figure out the problem less than 20 mins into the appointment. It was a bad wire and box that had melted down. It was scary to see but I was so happy he found it and was able to change it out. He had all of the tools and parts with him so he was able to fix it that same day. He explained everything to me very clearly and I couldn't have been more happy with the service. I would highly recommend them if you need any kind of help with your RV :)

Called on a Saturday and got voicemail, but the message gave the option of texting so I texted a picture of the part that we needed to replace. Within minutes I received a response via text letting me know that he was out of town but stil offering to help in any way he could. Unfortunately the service departments at all of the nearby RV dealerships are closed on weekends so he told us what to buy at the local hardware store to get us through the weekend. River City RV Repair will be our go-to whenever we're in the area and find ourselves in a bind.
