Dr. Horvath was RUDE AND SEEMED TO BE IN A HURRY. Extremely arrogant and I am not sure why as she just went to a state school. As many other reviewers have posted she seemed to be in a hurry to complete the visit. I paid a $100 co-pay to have her see me for (barely) five awkward minutes. She looked at my hyperpigmentation issue for five seconds and casually suggested a glycolic peel and never got into other more invasive treatment methods which I was hoping for. This office doesnt tell you on the phone that they do very simple peels; if I had known that I would not have wasted my money but this horrible woman just wants your money. Dr. Horvaths all around bedside manner is that of a cold ice queen. Supercilious and condescending and stares at you with these dead judgmental eyes. There are so many better qualified, more knowledgeable and more pleasant dermatologists who will treat you like a human being and not just another target for a quick $100 in her pockets for being in an examining room with you for five minutes. She did not make me feel AT ALL reassured that my issue was going to be dealt with. It was like she was thinking to herself that she is doing me a favor by just standing there like a big stupid lump; for my part I was repulsed by this womans presence. Dr. Horvath seems to think her *you know what* does not stink but rest assured that her personality stinks. She charged me $60 on top of the $100 co-pay for a useless glycolic peel. The LPN applied the peel and then set a timer and after three minutes later she told me Heres some paper towels and soap to wash it off at the sinkbye. I waddled over to the sink half-dressed and tried my best to wash it off. You would think for $160 they could at least wash the godawful peel off for me which was burning my skin. The one silver lining while visiting Dr. Horvaths nightmare of an office: the LPN and I chatted for a couple minutes after Dr. Horvath left and I asked her where I could get a better, more invasive treatment and she suggested Dr. Parkers skin clinic in Beachwood. Her face blushed red as soon as she said it because she knows I got played by greedy and nasty Dr. Horvath and had directed me to a better dermatologist who I should have gone to in the first place. I quickly hurried out of the examining room and paid the $160. When the receptionist asked me when I wanted to schedule my next visit I almost laughed in her face and gave her a piece of my mind but instead politely declined. I went to the parking lot and called Dr. Parkers clinic. So basically for $160 I got a referral to someone who can actually help me...I will have to wait a few weeks as Dr. Parkers office is quite busy but good things are worth waiting for. Now Im going to get fantastic treatment for my issue from an actual qualified physician at a clinic that specializes in skin care. Dr. Horvaths schedule was free and clear and I was able to see her right away; I can see why as she probably has NO PATIENTS that want to see her on a regular basis. Dr. Horvath is the kind of human being we all try to avoid (rude, incompetent, egomaniacal.) Stay away from her as she is going to do nothing but ruin your wallet and day with her unprofessional demeanor and nonsense treatments that dont work. This place is nothing more than a gimmick for the lowest rung of physician to B.S. you and take you money; the market will speak for itself when patients will quickly find better doctors AND PATIENTS POST REVIEWS OF THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY RECEIVED TO WARN OTHER POTENTIAL VICTIMS! At least the LPN at this junk place gave me a referral to a better doctor so the joke is on YOU disgusting Dr. Horvath! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!!
