This place is awful! You can't get a hold on anyone, you dont get an option to leave a message, I moved 3 months ago and they have yet to transfer our medicaid over. My son has a genetic disorder and needs the medicaid.

They don't even deserve one star. Those people are horrible. They will have the lobby completely full and be behind the glass laughing and taking their sweet precious time. Something needs to be done!!!!

i cant beleive these people even get paid. they all should be fired and replaced. i cant beleive my tax dollars pay for these do nothing people.

my case worker is very slow at her job, does not return phone calls and has an extremely poor attitude. she acts as though you are not important enough to waste her time dealing with your case. it took her over a month to get food stamps for my 3 kids and i had to sell my car to pay my bills because i spent bill money for food. i called every political office i could think of to report her and it still took another 2 wks. for her to comply. i don't want a hand out i would rather be working but my kids still have to eat. i have recently moved to another county and it has taken her over a month again to transfer my case and she still has not done it. how long does it take to fax something?

Don't bother trying to get in touch with anyone unless you know their name or direct extension. Phone system has not worked for years. Instead, use Eight Hundred three two four, eight six eight zero. This is the State's number and they are very willing to help you!!!
